Roasted Pepper Harissa

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon caraway seeds
½ teaspoon coriander seeds
½ teaspoon ground cumin
2 cloves garlic
1 jar (16 oz) roasted red bell peppers, drained
2 tablesppons extra-virgin olive oil

Place the red pepper flakes, caraway seeds, coriander seeds and cumin in a food processor fitted with a metal blade; pulse until spices are ground. With motor running, and garlic cloves. Add roasted red pepper; process until incorporated. Slowly add the olive oil in a thin stream. Add salt to taste. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
